What the token does

The token gives the following.

  • Access. Holding the token can unlock Amplified plans instead of paying for them. The holding thresholds will be set out in the token documentation.
  • Revenue share. Qualifying holders may receive a share of platform revenue, on the terms set out in the token documentation.
  • Holder perks, such as early access to features, beta programmes and roadmap input.

What it doesn't do

  • No guaranteed returns. Any revenue share depends on platform revenue and can change or stop. It is not a promise of profit.
  • No rights. No ownership, voting or other rights in any company.
  • No promise of value. The token's price can fall to zero.
  • Not required. Every plan can also be paid for, so you never need to hold the token to use Amplified.

Risks

The token's value can fall to zero. Prices can be very volatile, liquidity can be thin, smart contracts can have bugs, and laws and regulations affecting crypto assets can change. Only acquire it with money you can afford to lose entirely.
